EVENT horizon - 450 Euro
The EVENT horizon is our multi-day variation of the DAY ONE pack, when opting for this package we'll be there every day of
the event up to three full days, any additional days are available for a small extra charge of 25 Euro. In this case you can
make a selection of no less than 50 photographs which we'll digitally enhance even further.
We make sure to arrive well before the actual visitors are allowed on the grounds every day to be able to get some great
photographs before it gets crowded, naturally during the event we'll make some atmosphere shots as they are all part of
the game when doing events. And we stay right until the end, not like some other pro's that tend to make a run for it when
the crowds start pouring in, some of the best shots can be made right before an event closes it's doors, people are going
home, and owners are preparing to hit the road with their pride and joy, the perfect timing to make some relaxed shots.
Included in this pack :
- All photographs are digitally enhanced to get the best quality possible.
- A custom Disegno-S DVD holding ALL the photographs taken during the day in a nice box with inlay featuring your event.
- You can select up to 50 photographs which we meticulously enhance by hand.
- We bring two camera bodies and a lot of equipment to the event so we don't miss a great shot while changing lenses.
- Travel time. That's right, we don't charge our travel time to our customers, we are more than happy to drive a few hours to make it to your event without adding
extra costs !
Possible options :
- Extra DVD's holding all the photographs are available at 5 Euro/piece.
- Stunning 30x40cm prints are possible for an additional 5 Euro/piece.
- Large posters up to 50x75cm are available for only 15 Euro/piece
- A printed 40 page, full color hardback photo book is available for an additional 40 Euro/piece, this includes layout and text editing.
- You can also opt for a larger book, we can print up to 400 pages if needed, contact us for a quote on pricing
What is not included ?
- Entry fees. If your event requires an entree fee you will need to cover entry for one person and our car that holds the
equipment, normally we will require special entry to be able to arrive early and get set-up and shooting before visitors
arrive so this shouldn't be an issue.
- Shooting license. If your event requires a shooting license or extra insurance you should take care of this well in advance.
- Insurance for good weather, while an outdoor is always big fun, we have no control over the weather, however if due to
the weather you cancel or re-schedule and let us know at least 48 hours in advance there is no extra charge.
- If we are required to stay overnight in a hotel we will ask you to make the hotel reservation and settle the invoice
afterwards, naturally this only applies to multi day events that are too far away from our home address otherwise we will
take the drive each day.
